FABRICATION PROCESS
We print and manufacture leaflets based on the ARTWORK provided by the client, applying exhaustive control throughout the entire process, verifying and precisely controlling the technical characteristics of the product in each phase, mainly based on the printed code.
Offset rotary printing
We have nine rotary offset machines of different amounts of colors and sizes that offer a large capacity for formats.
Finishes
We have eleven folding machines to achieve different types of folding.
Manufacture of 1,000,000 units per day
Our machinery park allows us to manufacture more than a million units per day, being able to offer a great capacity and flexibility of production.
1,225 m2 facilities
We have three separate and differentiated areas that favor the flow of the process; raw materials warehouse, production area and dispatch warehouse.

Our technical department will advise you to determine the optimal size and folding of your project to adapt it to the measurements of the box.
DESIGN AND LAYOUT
Our company also has a design and layout service that can adapt your text to a specific design with titles, text, barcodes, QR codes, logos, etc.
PLATES
With apple imac technology, we transfer the ARTWORKS sent by the client to CTP (Computer To Plate).
